Terms and conditions for certified second-hand golf equipment in New Zealand

Effective date: September 2, 2025

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2) Products & Pricing

  • All listed equipment is certified second-hand unless stated otherwise.
  • Condition is graded in plain English (Like New, Very Good, Good, Fair) with photos and notes.
  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST-inclusive where applicable. Shipping and any optional services are shown or calculated at checkout.
  • Prices, availability, and errors may be corrected at any time prior to dispatch.
  • We may decline or cancel an order (e.g., where an item has already sold) and will refund any amounts paid.

3) Consumer rights (CGA & Fair Trading)

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund). These rights apply in addition to any store policies set out below.

4) Business purchases

If you tell us (for example at checkout or in writing) that you are acquiring goods for business purposes, you acknowledge that the CGA will not apply to that purchase. Any contracting-out of the CGA requires clear written acknowledgement at the time of purchase.

5) Product condition & photos

  • Photos and descriptions reflect the actual item to the best of our ability; minor colour/lighting variations may occur between screens.
  • Because items are used, reasonable cosmetic wear may be present and will be described where material.

6) Purchase process

  • Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
  • Order confirmation is issued by email after payment is accepted.

7) Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via tracked courier NZ-wide. Rural delivery is welcome (allow extra time).
  • Dispatch is typically within 1–2 business days after payment clears. You will receive tracking details once shipped.
  • Risk passes on delivery to your nominated address. We’ll help liaise with the courier if a parcel is delayed or damaged.

8) Returns & exchanges

  • If the item is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly. We will arrange a remedy in line with the CGA (repair, replacement, or refund).
  • Our store policy also offers a 7-day return window for issues not apparent from the listing. Items must be returned in the same condition with any included accessories.
  • Where we misdescribed the item, we will cover reasonable return courier. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

9) Marketing communications

We only send commercial emails or texts with your consent and include a functional unsubscribe in each message. You may opt out at any time.

10) Intellectual property

Website content (images, text, design) is owned by us or used with permission. You must not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our consent.

11) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to submit false or misleading information, or to attempt to disrupt or damage the site or our services.

12) Electronic communications

You consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., email). Orders, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, where permitted by New Zealand law.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim relating to the goods or these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the item in question. This clause does not limit your rights under the CGA or FTA.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
