Shipping

Free nationwide delivery on all orders over $200 NZD. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $15 anywhere in New Zealand — Kaitaia to Invercargill.

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Rural delivery takes a day or two extra. You'll get tracking once your parcel is on the move.

We only ship within New Zealand at this stage.

Returns

If a club isn't as described or doesn't match the photos, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. No runaround.

To start a return, email swingstocknz@gmail.com with your order details. We'll sort the rest.

The club needs to come back in the same condition you received it. If we got the description wrong, we'll cover the return shipping. If the club is as listed and you've changed your mind, return shipping is on you.

Refunds are processed within a few business days of us receiving the club back.

Damage in Transit

If your club arrives damaged, take photos straight away and email us within 48 hours. Keep the packaging. We'll sort it out.
