FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we get asked most.

Buying & Stock

Yes. Every club is sourced from trusted sellers, individually inspected and graded before listing. We don't sell fakes or replicas.
Every photo shows the actual club being sold, not stock imagery. The club in the photos is the club that turns up.
Every club is scored out of 10 on three parts (Head, Shaft, and Grip), so you know exactly what condition each part is in, not just an overall label. Every photo is of the exact club, so you can see the grade for yourself.
We don't have a fixed restock schedule. Every club is sourced individually and only listed once it's been inspected and graded. Tell us what you're after and we'll get in touch when a genuine match is available.
TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Cobra, Mizuno and Cleveland, across drivers, irons, wedges and putters.

Choosing the Right Club

You don't need a full 14-club set to start. We'd recommend getting a set with just a driver, irons (from 6 or 7 iron to pitching wedge), a hybrid or wood, a sand wedge, and a putter. This should cover you for everything you'll face on the course. Our Beginner Club Guide walks through exactly what to buy and what to spend.
Mainly the shaft flex and length. Ladies' clubs typically have more flexible, lighter shafts to help generate more distance with a slower swing speed. If you're a woman with a fast swing, men's regular-flex clubs might actually suit you better. If you're unsure, get in touch and we can help.
A fitting is worth doing eventually, but not before you can hit the ball consistently. Most beginners are better off buying a decent used set first, playing for 6–12 months, and getting fitted once you've got a repeatable swing. You'll get much more out of the fitting that way.
As a general rule: if your driver swing speed is under 85 km/h, go regular or senior flex. 85–100 km/h, regular. Over 100 km/h, stiff. Our Shaft Flex Guide explains it in more detail.
